Device comments

Originally there was a sign on each counter even if there was no loop. However I suggested it might be more appropriate to have the blue sticker on that counter, particularly as I felt a deaf person might be embarrassed to ask which counter. This was done so have now rated them a "5".

Review comments

The Branch Director, Emma Hales, was extremely helpful to me and I felt it a very positive first attempt at testing.
