Device comments

Loops on desks at entrance are not working. There is a small loop sign on the information board behind the desks, which might not be obvious to anyone with poor sight.

Review comments

Woman behind desk fetched another member of staff. He apologised that the loop was not working. I emailed Bletchley Park to make them aware of the issue & received an email reply on the 13th August saying that they were unaware of the issue & would get the loops repaired asap and have other loops checked as well. I was informed that new exhibitions are being equipped with hearing loops. On a return visit to Bletchley Park on 17th August I noticed that the loop at the desk I used to enter the building was not working.
